How to Make Cherry Spinach Kefir Smoothie
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes to soften. This helps them blend smoothly. Measure out your kefir and other ingredients so everything is ready to go.
Step 2: Blend
In a high-speed blender, add kefir, banana, softened dates, frozen cherries, nut butter and spinach. If using flax seeds, add them now. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Taste & Adjust
Check for sweetness and texture. If you want it sweeter, add another date or half a banana. If it’s too thick, add a splash more kefir or water and blend again.
Step 4: Serve
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately! It’s best served chilled, making it a great post-park or after-school snack.
